Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Recipe Grabber, run by Cody Stamps. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. Questions go to support@codystamps.dev.

Your account

• Give a real email address, keep your password safe, and use one account per person.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 to use Recipe Grabber.

Plans and billing

• The free plan includes 5 new recipes a month. Pro ($4.99 a month or $39 a year) includes 200. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
• On busy days, free grabs may pause until the next day.
• Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• A free trial needs a card. You're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• If something went wrong with a payment, write to us and we'll make it right. A full refund ends Pro straight away.
• We may change prices or limits. Price changes for existing subscribers take effect at the next renewal, and we'll tell you first.

Fair use

Please don't:

• make extra accounts or use other tricks to get around plan limits,
• grab recipes with scripts or bots, or scrape the site,
• try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the service,
• use Recipe Grabber for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Recipes, creators and accuracy

• Recipes are written by AI from a video's public captions, description and comments. Each recipe page credits the creator and links to the original video. The videos and the creators' own words belong to them.
• AI can make mistakes. Check ingredients, amounts, allergens and cooking temperatures against the video, and use your own judgment in the kitchen.
• Recipe pages are public, including ones you grab.

Removing a recipe

If you made a video and want its recipe page taken down, email support@codystamps.dev with the link to the page. We'll remove it promptly, usually within a few days.

The service

We work to keep Recipe Grabber running well, but it's provided as is, without warranties. It depends on YouTube and other services, so some videos won't work and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or stop features.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Closing your account

You can stop using Recipe Grabber anytime and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use Recipe Grabber after a change means you accept it.
