Questions
What counts as a recipe?
Each video you grab, including each video in a playlist. Retrying one that failed doesn't count again.
When does my count reset?
On the 1st of every month. Your Account page shows how many you've used.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page whenever you like. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Use Manage subscription on your Account page, and the price is adjusted for the time you have left.
How are payments handled?
Securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by Recipe Grabber.
